⚠️ Important Update: Linked UPS Accounts in Veeqo

If you use your own UPS account with Veeqo, there’s a small change you’ll need to take care of.

UPS is rolling out a new security update (OAuth 2.0), and Veeqo now requires you to re-authenticate your linked UPS account by July 11, 2025 in order to continue purchasing labels.

Good news:
If you’re only using Veeqo’s pre-negotiated UPS rates and don’t have a linked UPS account, you don’t need to do anything.

🔄 How to re-authenticate your UPS account in Veeqo:

  1. Go to Shipping carriers in your Veeqo Settings
  2. Open Settings for your linked UPS account
  3. Click the Reconnect button
  4. Double-check the details in the “Reconnect your UPS account” form
  5. Click Reconnect again and log in to your UPS account
  6. Once logged in, you’ll be redirected back to Veeqo and your account will be re-authenticated
