Amazon Updates Payout Timing to DD+7 ⏳

Heads up, sellers! Amazon is rolling out a new payment schedule called “DD+7” for more accounts starting March 5, 2026.

This means your funds will be available for payout seven days after your order is delivered to the customer 📦➡️💸. For example, if you sell something on January 1 and it’s delivered on January 3, you’ll be able to access your money on January 11.

Amazon says this change helps line up the payment cycle with when customers actually get their orders. It also gives a little extra time for any fees or returns to be sorted out. Most sellers worldwide are already on this schedule, but Amazon is slowly adding more accounts, so if you haven’t seen it yet, you might soon!

There could be a one-time cash flow hiccup when your account switches over, so it’s smart to double-check your reserves and plan ahead, especially if your shipping or delivery times are longer than average. 🚚💡

What do you think...will this new payout timing affect how you manage your business?
