Update: Walmart Review for Q3 2025

Getting reviews on Walmart has been a significant challenge for many brands, leading to considerable frustration. However, Walmart made a couple of important announcements this week. They sent out an email blast to sellers, letting them know they can now indicate any day for customers to visit their website—though there are some restrictions to keep in mind.

Additionally, as we’ve been emphasizing at Ricardo, the Field Agent program remains one of the most effective ways to generate reviews quickly. While the cost is around $30–$35 per review, the process is fully compliant with Walmart’s policies and all reviews are verified, making it a safe and reliable option.

Here’s what’s new:

  • Review Syndication Program: You can now import reviews from your Shopify, BigCommerce, or any D2C website directly into Walmart. This is a game-changer for brands looking to build credibility and trust quickly.
  • Field Agent Partnership: Walmart has partnered with Field Agent, making it easier to obtain authentic reviews that appear on your product pages—typically within 30 days.
