Amazon Troubleshooting
🚀 Who's This For?
Amazon sellers and vendors stuck on a problem they can't fix inside Seller Central or Vendor Central. A product suspension, a brand name change, a UPC conflict, or content that won't update. With 8+ years working in Amazon, we've seen most of these before. Buy a block of hours, send us the issue, and we work it.
What We Fix
- Suspensions and Appeals: Product policy suspensions and account suspension appeals, including preparing your documentation and plan of action.
- Brand Registry: Brand name updates and reporting counterfeit or infringing listings.
- Catalog Issues: UPC conflicts, ASIN variation grouping, and content updates, including uploading your supplied images.
- FBA Issues: Shipment setup, inbound problems, stranded inventory, and reimbursement cases.
- Seller Support Cases: Opening, following up on, and escalating cases with Amazon.
How It Works
Tell us the issue and we'll review it and estimate the hours needed before any work starts. You purchase the matching block of hours, give us store access, and we fix it. When we're done, you get a short summary of what was done and anything we recommend you watch for.
Requirements: An active Seller Central or Vendor Central account, Brand Registry access for brand issues, and full transparency with any documentation Amazon requests.
Please note: We do not offer custom coding, graphic design, or customer service support. Outcomes of appeals and Seller Support cases are decided by Amazon.

Thank you, Hayim!
This gentleman, Hayim at the firm came in like a rocket and just started fixing my Amazon sellers issues one by one. I learned that when i spoke to him i needed to have my notepad ready to go as the good info kept flying in. He also made some changes live with me as i shared my screen. He got me 90% of the way there in 5 mins that had normally taken me months of looking around. I am so very happy with the service i have received. Thanks!!!

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We review the affected listing, Amazon’s notice, and any previous support cases to identify what needs attention. Depending on the issue, this may involve correcting product information or preparing supporting documentation for an appeal. Search suppression and policy enforcement require different approaches. Amazon controls approval, reinstatement, and response times.
We can review brand-name and Brand Registry issues, including the documentation supporting your request. Amazon distinguishes minor corrections, such as typos or capitalization, from changing a product to a different brand. Rebranding is not treated as a routine correction to an existing listing. We cannot guarantee approval or that an existing listing’s reviews can be retained.
We can investigate UPC and catalog conflicts, listing errors, and parent-child variation problems. We review the affected ASINs, product identifiers, and error messages before recommending changes. Variation relationships must follow Amazon’s rules for the product category. Unrelated products cannot simply be grouped together.
Yes. We can review FBA shipment issues, including shipment information, receiving discrepancies, and the evidence available for an investigation. Depending on the case, Amazon may request supplier invoices, packing slips, tracking information, or proof of delivery. Investigation eligibility depends on the shipment’s status and Amazon’s requirements. We cannot guarantee receiving dates or reimbursement.
Share the affected ASINs or shipment IDs, screenshots of the issue, Amazon’s notices, and previous support case IDs. Depending on the problem, we may also need invoices, product or packaging photos, brand documentation, or shipping records. Account access should use Amazon’s applicable authorization process with permissions appropriate to the work. Do not send your account password.
This is hourly troubleshooting for specific Amazon issues, rather than an ongoing account management engagement. The service page lists $150 per hour with a two-hour minimum. That minimum is a booking requirement, not a guaranteed resolution time. Work required depends on the issue, available documentation, and any action Amazon must take.
