Target+ is invite-only and runs through third-party integration platforms, so catalog errors, data issues, and support cases can be slow and confusing to resolve. We know the platform and the integrations behind it, and we work the issue until it's sorted.

What We Help With

• Best Practices and Integration: Setup guidance and fixes for the connection between Target+ and your integration platform.
• Product Catalog Issues: Item setup errors, missing or rejected listings, and attribute and data fixes.
• Target+ Support Cases: Working with Target+ Partner Support on UPC, image, and product data issues, including uploading your supplied images.
• Quarterly Promotions: Planning and setting up promotions for your Target+ catalog each quarter.

How It Works

Tell us what you need help with and we'll review it and estimate the hours needed before any work starts. You purchase the matching block of hours, give us account access, and we get to work. When we're done, you get a short summary of what was done and what's next.

Requirements: An active Target+ account integrated through a supported third-party platform, such as Acenda, CommerceHub, ChannelAdvisor (Rithum), SPS Commerce, or SellerCloud, and access to your account.

Please note: We do not offer custom coding, graphic design, or customer service support. Outcomes of Target+ support cases are decided by Target.

🔧 2 Hours: $300
For a single, well-defined issue.

⚡ 6 Hours: $900
For several issues or one complex fix.

🏆 10 Hours: $1,500
For a backlog of issues, quarterly promotion setup, or a larger cleanup project.
