He went through everything in the account including items, orders, ads, inventory levels, performance, etc. and gave his feedback about them all. The David Ricardo team provided very insightful and actionable insights in their audit of our seller account. They provided us with a report as well as a video explaining the report that we could view at our leisure - very professional. They started with a review of our account health and some recommendations. Next, they provided an analysis of our FBA utilization and best practices on some things that we did not know about. The meat of it came with the recommendations over advertising, promotions and what they call "Retail Ready" with regards to our listings. There were some very actionable things that our in-house team can do and we're considering asking the David Ricardo team to implement the parts that they'd be better equipped to do.

Speaking with Hayim has been a breath of fresh air, I have consulted with other ecommerce "experts" that have nice websites and say all the right words, but when you meet with them and start asking questions, they don't strike me as confident in their ability, and don't answer questions directly.
