Return and Refund Policy for Consulting Services

At David Ricardo, we are committed to providing exceptional consulting and project-based services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established a cancellation and refund policy that balances flexibility for our clients with the significant time and labor we invest in onboarding, setup, and strategic planning.
By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all online consulting services, project-based consulting, and advisory packages purchased through David Ricardo.
2. Cancellation and Refund Structure
Because our team begins allocating resources, preparing materials, and performing onboarding tasks immediately upon engagement, refunds are processed based on the timeframe in which the cancellation request is received.
The timeline is calculated starting from the date of your initial purchase or service agreement execution.
- 0 to 7 Days (Full Refund): If you cancel your service within the first seven (7) calendar days of purchase, you are eligible for a 100% refund. We understand that needs can shift quickly, and we offer this window for you to change your mind without penalty.
- 8 to 15 Days (50% Refund): If you cancel between the 8th and the 15th calendar day after purchase, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the total service fee. This partial refund covers the labor, administrative setup, and onboarding costs already incurred by our team during the first week.
- After 15 Days (No Refund): Cancellation requests received after 15 calendar days are not eligible for a refund. By this stage, substantial work has been completed, and resources have been fully dedicated to your project.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
To initiate a cancellation and request a refund, you must submit your request in writing. We do not accept cancellations via phone or instant messaging to ensure all requests are tracked accurately.

Your email must include:
- Your full name and company name.
- The specific service or project you wish to cancel.
- The date of your original purchase.
- The reason for cancellation (optional, but helpful for us to improve).
4. Processing Time
Once your cancellation email is received at help@getriccardo.com, our team will review the request against the timeline outlined above. If approved, refunds are generally processed within 5โ10 business days and returned to the original method of payment.
