Here is the Sunday Update for Amazon Sellers!
Amazon emailed all sellers and agencies about a new refund policy update. Ten minutes after I received the email, I started getting text messages from clients, friends, and business acquaintances.
I decided to provide an update because one of our clients sent us the message below saying that our partner, Getida, was going to be heavily affected by this update. See the screenshot below π
Below, you will find the full email from Amazon π π
Updated FBA automatic reimbursements and eligibility claim windows (for FBA sellers only)
We've been a partner agency for Getida and signed up our clients because we believe they are the best reimbursement software company on Amazon. Another reason is that they are always on the cutting edge of innovation whenever updates happen.
Yoni Mazor, the founder of Getida, posted on LinkedIn explaining the changes. See the video below.
It's crucial to use Getida for auditing your FBA inventory and shipments. Relying solely on Amazon's automation for refunds means leaving money on the table.
With over 14 years of experience working with Amazon, we've seen frequent mistakes that lead to merchandise loss and financial bottlenecks.
Over the weekend, we noticed that some of our clients have been selected for a pilot program to receive refunds from Amazon over the next three months.
While this is good news, remember that the Amazon marketplace primarily looks out for itself, so you must prioritize your own interests.
That's why we strongly recommend keeping Getida if you're already using it. If not, sign up for Getida to file claims and ensure your account is audited. Don't depend solely on Amazon.
